Technical Analyst, e-Commerce (Bilingual)
DCM is a leading Canadian tech-enabled provider of print and digital solutions. The Technical Analyst, e-Commerce (Bilingual) will provide technical support to customers using the DCM FLEX e-Commerce platform and manage ongoing account maintenance and support activities in both English and French.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Level 1 technical support and user training to clients on our DCM FLEX e-Commerce platform via phone and email
- Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely, professional manner
- Configure and maintain online user profiles and customer catalogues
Skills
- Post secondary school degree or diploma, with 1+ years of experience in a technical support or similar role
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting abilities
- Working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite products
- Must be fully bilingual in English and French
