This role is responsible for leading software development initiatives that drive innovation and high-quality delivery across Clario’s technology landscape. As a technical leader, you will guide engineering teams, influence architecture decisions, and contribute hands-on to solving complex technical challenges that support our mission of transforming clinical trials and improving patient outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing
Lead end-to-end software development efforts from design through deployment, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions

Act as a technical mentor within the Scrum team, guiding discussions, architectural decisions, and resolving technical conflicts

Champion Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban to drive team efficiency and delivery excellence

Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and development best practices

Solve complex technical problems through hands-on development, debugging, and system design

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to align technical delivery with business needs

Drive continuous improvement by introducing new tools, technologies, and process enhancements

Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks throughout the software development lifecycle

What We Look For
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline

5+ years of hands-on experience in full‑stack development in Angular

You will be working in EU shift

Experience taking on technical leadership responsibilities guiding design decisions, reviewing code, and mentoring peers is a plus
Proven expertise in one or more of the following technologies: .NET, C#, Python, and Angular

A solid command of Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban, with experience collaborating in cross‑functional teams

Experience with AI assistant software

Strong problem-solving and system design capabilities

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Demonstrated leadership and team mentorship abilities
