Role Summary

As a Technical Program Manager at Notable Health, you'll lead cross-functional engineering initiatives and build strategic partnerships between engineering and other departments. You'll manage complex technical projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

What You'll Do

  • Drive technical projects across engineering teams, ensuring on-time delivery with high quality standards

    Facilitate collaboration between engineering and customer delivery, customer success, and marketing teams

    Create and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and resource plans

    Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers

    Lead technical planning sessions and coordinate cross-team implementation efforts

    Track and communicate project status to stakeholders at all levels

    Analyze project metrics and optimize processes for efficiency

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of technical program management experience or similar experience

Success leading unique teams towards more efficient, high quality work

Proven ability to identify, track, and report on metrics that demonstrate program success

Experience working for vertical SaaS organizations

Has a track record of building stakeholder confidence from the front lines, all the way up to the C-suite

Proven ability to influence without authority across organizational boundaries

Desired Skills:

Experience with healthcare automation or workflow solutions

Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations

Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Confluence, etc.)

Background in implementing integration solutions across disparate systems

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
