Description
At Nüvitek, customer success is our Ethos; together, we drive transformational outcomes. We only succeed when our customers succeed. We partner with our customers to achieve business objectives by using our proven customer-centric, value-driven business practices and service delivery methodologies.

We are seeking a high-energy Technical Project Manager to serve as the primary
engine for execution on our high-visibility delivery effort. This hybrid role requires
blending the servant-leadership of a Scrum Master with the strategic, technical oversight of a Technical Project Manager.

You will be the "boots-on-the-ground" leader responsible for driving the day-to-day execution, ensuring our Agile development teams operate at peak efficiency to meet aggressive milestones, including a critical Minimum Viable Product (MVP) delivery and subsequent system expansions. This role goes beyond moving tickets, you will manage the delivery cadence, identify technical dependencies, anticipate and resolve bottlenecks, and ensure the program remains strictly within scope, schedule, and contractual constraints.

In assuming this position, you will be a critical contributor to meeting Nuvitek's mission: To deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions and services that enable our customers to rapidly adapt to dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Agile delivery across multiple high-velocity development pods

by facilitating core Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives) and keeping teams aligned and productive

Monitor team health, velocity, and capacity, and translate detailed Agile progress into concise, actionable updates for program leadership

Partner with Product Owner(s) to ensure the backlog is refined, prioritized, and ready at least two sprints ahead

Manage the project schedule and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring delivery stays aligned to key milestones and timelines

Track technical dependencies, including integrations, environments, and infrastructure readiness, and ensure they are resolved on time

Identify risks and issues early, drive mitigation actions, and maintain control over scope, schedule, and delivery expectations

Support coordination of system integrations and data exchanges across platforms to ensure seamless end-to-end functionality

Align delivery with DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD workflows and release processes, to support consistent and reliable deployments

Maintain Jira dashboards, burn-down charts, and key metrics to provide visibility into progress and blockers

Prepare and deliver regular status updates covering progress, risks, resource utilization, and delivery performance

Serve as a key point of contact for client stakeholders, providing clear communication on progress, risks, and upcoming activities

Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders by ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through

Support client meetings, demos, and working sessions, ensuring alignment between technical teams and stakeholder expectations

Ensure work across tickets, defects, and changes is progressing and completed within expected timelines

Own documentation of SOPs, configuration changes, and implementation guides to maintain knowledge continuity and support
