We’re looking for hands-on professionals to join our expert VELUX Field Service Team, helping customers get the best from their roof windows across South and West London.

What You’ll Be Doing

Visiting customers' homes to diagnose and repair VELUX roof windows and accessories

Providing expert advice and technical support on-site

Representing the VELUX brand with professionalism and pride

Managing a well-equipped service van and maintaining strong daily organisation

 What You’ll Need

Background in roofing, carpentry, glazing, loft conversions — or relevant experience in appliance/service repair or similar

A practical, problem-solving mindset with strong customer focus

Comfortable working at heights and inspecting roof/window areas

Based within or near the listed postcodes SE,SW,CR,BR,DA,W,TW

Full, clean UK driving licence
