As a Technology Analyst, you will engage in hands-on experience, apply analytical thinking, and collaborate with teams to design and implement technology-enabled solutions for federal agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Experiment and be an early adopter of emerging technologies and next-generation IT tools, including genitive AI, intelligent agents, and edge computing
  • Apply frameworks such as Agentic AI to accelerate solution development and enhance decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and translate them into technology-enabled solutions
  • Support the design and delivery of systems/applications, dashboards, and process automation tools
  • Conduct research, synthesize insights, and contribute to thought leadership in areas like digital transformation, data strategy, and responsible AI
  • Use creativity and structured thinking to solve problems and deliver value to federal clients

Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM or adjacent field (e.g., Information Systems, Business, Economics, Public Policy, etc.), with graduation by August 31, 2026
  • Demonstrated interest in technology, AI, and innovation
  • U.S. citizenship required (due to federal contract requirements)
  • Ability to travel 25-50% preferred, but requirements vary by team and location
  • Strong academic track record (3.0 cumulative GPA required, 3.2 cumulative GPA preferred) from a 4-year accredited institution
  • Experience or coursework in business analysis, data analytics, or emerging technologies
  • Familiarity with tools such as Python, Tableau, Power BI, or cloud platforms
  • Strong communication, thought leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Growth mindset with a desire to continuously learn and apply new technologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly
  • Active security clearance or eligibility to obtain one
