Product Operations at hyperexponential

Our TechOps team is a small, focused function within the wider Product Operations group at hyperexponential. We’re responsible for driving operational excellence across our rapidly growing technology organisation. Our job is to help teams work smarter, stay aligned, and scale effectively, without slowing down delivery.

This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role reporting to the Head of Product Operations. You’ll work closely with leadership across product, engineering, and revenue to identify high-leverage problems, design solutions, and deliver improvements that unlock productivity and effectiveness. If you're excited about making a real impact through operational change, this is a unique opportunity to shape how a world-class SaaS technology team operates.

Your Mission

As hyperexponential continues to scale, we need structured, thoughtful, and fast-moving operations to match our ambition. Your mission is to lead cross-functional projects that improve how we work, embed scalable systems, and help our teams deliver better outcomes, faster. You’ll bring structure to chaos, introduce automation where it matters, and use data to drive better decisions across the tech organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver high-impact operational initiatives to improve scalability, efficiency, and clarity across the technology organisation

Design and implement cross-functional processes that enhance collaboration, alignment, and delivery

Build and maintain reporting frameworks and KPIs to enable clear, data-driven decision-making

Operationalise AI and automation tools to reduce manual effort and increase team productivity

Coordinate key rhythms and planning cycles, including roadmapping, MBRs/QBRs, and tech-wide ceremonies

Create onboarding and enablement programs to accelerate team ramp-up and improve knowledge sharing

Strengthen collaboration between technology and revenue teams through better interlock structures

Analyse complex data from tools like JIRA, Reveal, and Jellyfish to identify areas for improvement

Influence stakeholders across all levels to champion operational excellence and continuous improvement

    What We’re Looking For

This is a role for someone who is structured, curious, and hands-on. You should be motivated by solving operational challenges and helping others move faster with better systems. You’ll be trusted to run independently, make recommendations backed by data, and deliver outcomes that move the needle.

    Experience and Skills

    • 1–2 years’ experience in operations, consulting, or a similar generalist role within a high-growth environment

Proficiency in Python for automation, tooling, or data analysis

Track record of leading projects from scoping through to delivery with measurable outcomes

Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking with attention to detail

Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Able to influence and align stakeholders across different functions, including senior leadership

Technically confident and able to engage with engineering teams on systems and workflows

Hands-on experience with reporting tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platforms

Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Notion, Reveal, or Jellyfish for extracting insights

Demonstrated use of AI and automation tools to streamline processes and improve workflows

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to tailor to different audiences

Highly organised with a bias towards action and delivering outcomes under pressure

      What do we offer?

      • £5,000 for individual and group training and conference budget

25 days’ holiday plus 8 bank holiday days (33 in total)

        Company pension scheme via Penfold

Mental health and therapy provision via Spectrum Life

        Individual wellbeing allowance via Juno

        Private healthcare insurance through AXA

Regular remote hackathons, lunch & learns, socials and games nights
