Technology Partnership Team
The EMEA Technology Partnership Team is responsible for
the development and the success of
the relationship with
Adyen’s
most
important
partners in the EMEA region.
We
are based
in different offices of the company, but we work closely together to increase the payment volume processed via partners and generate business opportunities for Adyen. Technology Partnership Managers are critical in expanding existing accounts and driving net new business. We are the go-to market expert for driving revenue growth by leveraging our global presence and product offering while we coordinate internal teams to help our customers achieve success.
What
you’ll
do
- Be the catalyst of your assigned partners for the entire EMEA, centralize the knowledge and the strategy, while localizing the execution to each country in the
region;
- Navigating the organization of complex enterprises, building a relevant network
and
expanding the net of ambassadors and influencers for
Adyen;
- Explore joint go-to-market initiatives at scale and
investigate
possible joint products with partners, look out for innovations that disrupt the
field;
- Orchestrating the wider partnership, Sales and AM teams to drive maximum impact across the entire
EMEA;
- Driving partner recommendations and referrals that lead to new business
wins;
- Building powerful relationships with
Adyen's
sales, marketing, SDRs
and
account management teams to drive collective success
- Attending partner events to promote
Adyen's
solutions, some of our partnership magic happens outside of typical working
hours;
- Understanding our joint value proposition with our partners and getting them as excited as we are when it comes to partnerships, you will be our chosen
nominee;
- Being part of an inspiring and collaborative team environment with an open communication/feedback culture that we know drives success
- Working closely with our Marketing teams to build best-in-class GTM activities, demonstrating a commercial mindset to deliver strong ROI
- Familiarize yourself with the newly launched Partner Program, leverage it to bring new business to Adyen, and deliver new benefits to the partners.

- You are

- You have at least 5 years of working experience in a commercial
role

willing to travel domestically and internationally, sometimes working outside typical working hours to meet other time-zone
availabilities
- You have full professional proficiency (written and verbal) in
English
- You will have experience working as part of a global
team
- You can balance strategic thinking with
hand's
on
execution
- You are
excited by having responsibility for commercial goals and creating a measurable impact for the business
