In this highly visible role, the Technology Product Manager provides best in-class support for Corin’s innovative technology-based products: OPS, Apollo, and associated product families. The Product Manager spends their time in the field creating awareness, providing education, driving sales acceleration, executing new user on-boarding tactics, and driving safe and effective adoption of these platforms with surgeons, OR personnel, and Sales support to help create lasting Corin customer relationships. 

 

The key responsibilities of the Technology Product Manager are to:

Act as the clinical subject matter expert for Corin’s technology platforms and their use in the OR

Lead and facilitate clinical training on technologies through field demos, courses, cadaver labs to educate sales teams and surgeons

Collaborate closely with Sales to drive sales acceleration, resulting in acquisition of new OPS and Apollo customers

Develop programs designed to successfully onboard new account stakeholders with Corin’s technology brands

Support customer engagement at industry trade show events

Lead the implementation of new Corin technology account deployments

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Corin’s standard operating procedures and policies and always ensure compliance

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, cutting-edge practices, current publications, and regulations

Ensure company-related activities comply with relevant Acts, Codes, legal demands, and ethical standards

Conduct business relationships in a responsible and ethical manner to enhance and support the reputation and goodwill of the company

Maintain a commitment to providing an exceptional experience for Corin’s surgeons.

Pp to 60% travel, primarily domestic

 

The ideal Technology Product Manager will have:

Bachelor's Degree required

5 – 10 years related experience in the orthopedic device industry, preferably with robotic-assisted/technology-assisted surgery experience in the OR

Proven success within a downstream customer facing Marketing Team or Sales Team

Highly developed business acumen and ability to liaise with high level surgeon opinion leaders

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

Proven record as a self-starter

Ability to translate strategy into tactical and actionable plans

Excellent listening skills, demonstrated customer service orientation and creative problem-solving capabilities

Demonstrated ability to teach technology-based solutions in a clinical setting

Strong relationship building and influencing skills

Work collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment

Energetic, enthusiastic team player, able to succeed in a fast-paced dynamic organization

Well-developed presentation skills, with ability to deliver material concisely to audiences with varied technical knowledge

Demonstrated leadership skills in managing multiple projects successfully

Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel, and various and specialized software

Ability and willingness to travel up to 60% of the time domestically

 

The base pay range for this position is $115,000-130,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
