Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technology Services Engineer to join our team. As a Technology Services Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining technology solutions that enhance our operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain technology solutions that enhance our operations
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our technology infrastructure
  • Evaluate and recommend hardware and software solutions to meet the evolving needs of the organization
  • Participate in the planning and execution of technology projects, including system upgrades and migrations
  • Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and data security
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve our technology environment

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), network protocols, and hardware components
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, etc.)
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
