Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner – Evenings & Weekends (Long-Term Care / Geriatrics)
Location: Remote (Must have a valid VA license)
Schedule: Weekday Evenings (M–F) + Some Weekends

Mid Atlantic Long Term Care (MALTC) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team, providing compassionate care to residents in long-term care and assisted living settings across Virginia.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality telemedicine visits for LTC and ALF residents
• Conduct virtual assessments and manage chronic and acute conditions
• Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure timely and thorough documentation in EMR systems

Requirements:
• Active and unrestricted VA Nurse Practitioner license
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in long-term care or geriatric settings
• Proven experience with telemedicine platforms and electronic medical records (EMRs)
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
• Comfortable working evenings (Monday–Friday) and rotating weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
