We are looking for a passionate Tele-Therapist to join our team and provide remote therapeutic services to our residents and their families. If you have a heart for making a difference in the lives of those affected by memory-related conditions, we would love to hear from you.
Job Summary:

As a Tele-Therapist, you will provide virtual counseling and emotional support to individuals affected by Alzheimer’s and dementia, including residents, caregivers, and family members. You will use evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help manage the emotional and psychological challenges associated with memory disorders, grief, stress, and caregiving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for residents, families, and caregivers to support mental health and emotional well-being.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Provide coping strategies, stress management techniques, and guidance for caregivers and family members.
• Offer support for grief, anxiety, depression, and emotional distress related to dementia and Alzheimer’s.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, caregivers, and staff to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Educate families on Alzheimer’s-related mental health concerns and provide tools to enhance their caregiving journey.
• Utilize telehealth platforms to conduct secure and effective virtual sessions.

Qualifications:
• Required: Bachelors ,Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• License: Must hold an active license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD) in any US state.
• Experience working with individuals affected by Alzheimer’s, dementia, or memory-related disorders preferred.
• Strong understanding of cognitive decline, caregiver stress, and associated mental health challenges.
• Proficiency with telehealth technology and secure online therapy platforms.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
