Who This Role Is For

You're an associate clinician (LMHCA or LCSWA) in the Greensboro area looking for part-time remote work with real clinical support. UNCG produces some of the strongest counseling graduates in the state — and this role is designed for clinicians at exactly that early-career stage.

$35/hr individual sessions (12+) | $45/hr family therapy

Part-time W2 — real employment, not independent contractor work

Fully remote — work from Greensboro or anywhere in North Carolina

Mon–Fri 3–8 PM schedule — afternoons and evenings only

No admin, billing, or credentialing burden

The Work

Provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina. Collaborate with school counselors and families statewide, and participate in weekly supervision and case consultations.

What You Need

Active LMHCA or LCSWA in North Carolina (required — pre-licensure and other license types cannot be considered)

Comfort with telehealth and EHR platforms

Strong communication skills and ability to work with youth and families

Available Mon–Fri 3–8 PM

Preferred

CBT, DBT, or related modality experience

School or youth clinical background

Bilingual Spanish/English fluency

Pay Range
$35—$45 USD
