Job Description:
• Develop and convert top national and large regional end users
• Collaborate with key PRO outside and inside sales representatives at Lowe's and THD
• Form strategic partnerships with national associations
• Serve as the team expert for a dedicated trade vertical
• Identify and engage with large residential jobsites in the region
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate product seeding
• Plan and execute large PRO events in the region

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Marketing, or related fields; relevant construction field experience may substitute for higher education
• 3+ years of experience in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
