Position Overview

We’re looking for high-energy, results-driven Sales Agents to help pack out theaters for one of the South’s most talked-about stage plays. This is not a passive sales role—this is about hustle, influence, and closing.

If you know how to turn conversations into conversions and attention into ticket sales, this is for you.

Compensation
• $17.50/hour (base pay)
• $20/hour when weekly sales goals are met
• Performance-based growth opportunities for top closers

Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell tickets through personal networks, social media, and community outreach
• Engage directly with potential customers (DMs, calls, in-person promotion)
• Use your unique sales code to track and earn commission-based performance boosts
• Represent the brand with energy, confidence, and professionalism
• Hit and exceed weekly ticket sales targets

What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable selling both online and in person
• Self-motivated and competitive mindset
• Experience in sales, promotions, or events is a plus—but not required
• Someone who understands culture, conversation, and how to create buzz
