Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CR time)

What you’ll be doing

Leading a cross-functional Titling and Registration team in Costa Rica

Building a collaborative environment where we can foster talent

Becoming the local process expert on the U.S. Titling and Registration processes

Assisting in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to title documentation

Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient and effective workflow

Identifying opportunities to optimize workflows, improve accuracy, and enhance overall team performance

Owning critical metrics that measure our Title and Registration, Asset Recovery, and Remarketing process health

What you have

Fluent English, both verbal and written, with strong communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Experience preparing and filing official document submissions (e.g., legal, medical, government, insurance)

3 or more years of leadership experience

Project management experience

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

What will make you stand out

Experience working in vehicle titling and registration processes

Experience helping translate for government entities

Strong Salesforce familiarity, with an ability to build and run reports

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
