Key Responsibilities
- Have in-depth knowledge of our menu to explain offerings to guests and make recommendations when needed.
- Ensure an exceptional To-Go experience for every guest, every time, by being attentive, friendly, and efficient.
- Answer phone calls within three rings and assist guests with placing To-Go orders in a professional and courteous manner.
- Enter orders in the proper sequence to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Able to operate our POS system for transactions with ease and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered to guests promptly.
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner, turning negative experiences into positive ones.
