Tourism & Event Planner (Remote)

The Tourism & Event Planner (Remote) role involves assisting with travel coordination, event planning, and destination-based experiences while ensuring all details are organized and completed accurately. Responsibilities include managing schedules and itineraries, communicating with clients through phone, email, and chat, and supporting various tourism and event-related services from start to finish. This position requires strong communication, organization, time management, and attention to detail to help deliver a smooth and positive client experience.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Access to a reliable phone, computer, and internet connection
Basic computer skills (email, data entry, navigation)
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, events, or tourism is a plus but not required
