We’re looking for a
Track & Trace Specialist
to join our operations team and play a critical role in executing every load we book: keeping customers informed, drivers on schedule, and small problems from becoming big ones. This is not a passive role. It’s fast-paced, high-accountability, and rewards people willing to do whatever it takes to win.

What You'll Do

Monitor active loads from pickup through delivery

Make check calls to drivers and dispatchers

Communicate proactively with customers on pickup, in-transit, ETA, and delivery updates

Catch service issues early and coordinate solutions across carriers, customers, and sales

Document load status accurately and in real time in our TMS

Process Bills of Lading and Proofs of Delivery

Solve problems quickly when things don't go as planned

Leverage technology and data to make smarter decisions

Consistently hit weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs

What We're Looking For A self-starter who takes ownership of every load

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment

Strong communicator, clear, direct, and professional, on the phone and in writing

Calm under pressure when loads go sideways, or customers get heated

Able to juggle multiple priorities without losing attention to detail

Logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience (preferred, not required)

Coachable, humble, and motivated to keep growing

Compensation & Growth

Base salary: $40,000–$45,000

Bonuses, raises, and opportunities for advancement are available based on performance.
