Training Analyst
SAIC is seeking a Training Analyst to join our Defense & Civilian Sector in support of the Federal Aviation Administration Integrated Service Center (FAA ISC) on the Customer Experience and Innovation/User Education & IT Training team.
Responsible for maintaining applications to be delivered via computer-based training, eLearning environments and learning management systems. Conducts training analysis, designs and develops training curricula, designs and develops multimedia/web storyboards and training, and measures and evaluates effectiveness of training. Travel estimate for this position is less than 10% of the time, but travel may be required to meet customer requirements.

Job Duties Include:
Interpret tech facing training material to end user training material
End user training material development (traditional and video formats)
Video format development experience
ILT course analysis
ILT course development
Customer collaboration for course development and enhancement
Web based training (traditional and video formats)
Monitoring and evaluate training programs as needed
Review and process timesheets
Complete weekly report
Disseminate monthly training schedule
Deliver ILT
Facilitate 1:1 and tailored mentoring sessions
Develop internal SOPs
