Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and high-impact Freelance Business Impact Accelerator Trainer who can deliver engaging, outcome-driven learning experiences to large global audiences. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, can simplify complex concepts, and are skilled at driving business-focused conversations rather than deep technical discussions.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Experience

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-energy, interactive training sessions for large audiences (100–200+ participants) lasting up to 4 hours

Translate product capabilities into clear business outcomes and value propositions for diverse audiences

Conduct live product demonstrations (Genie) with confidence, including the ability to adapt smoothly when issues arise

Facilitate engaging sessions using interactive techniques, ensuring strong audience participation and retention

Adapt quickly to evolving content, materials, and program structures, filling gaps using strong product understanding

Tailor messaging to at least one industry vertical (Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Marketing)

Deliver sessions across global time zones, including occasional onsite engagements

Core Skills & Competencies

Business-first mindset: Ability to communicate impact, ROI, and business value rather than technical architecture

Exceptional facilitation skills: Proven ability to manage energy, pacing, and engagement in large groups

Confident live demonstrator: Comfortable running unscripted, real-time demos and troubleshooting in the moment

Industry awareness: Knowledge or experience in at least one key sector (FINS, Manufacturing, or Marketing)

Adaptability and resilience: Comfortable working with evolving content and ambiguous scenarios

Strong communication skills: Clear, concise storytelling tailored to business stakeholders

Preferred Experience

Prior experience as a corporate trainer, facilitator, or workshop leader

Exposure to SaaS platforms, AI tools, or digital transformation programs

Experience delivering global or virtual training programs

Familiarity with the Databricks platform and Genie is strongly preferred

Familiarity with Gen AI tools / demo environments (e.g., Genie) is a strong advantage
