About the Position:

We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate Principal UX Product Designer to join our Inspire & Motivate team. As a seasoned design professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital experience for our guests, driving user-centered innovation, and delivering seamless interactions across various digital platforms. Your expertise will focus on defining and implementing strategies for key digital touchpoints, evolving the off and on-platform journey, and ensuring every interaction is delightful for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set the UX strategy and vision for product experiences across digital platforms, influencing investment decisions and collaborations.
  • Lead and coordinate efforts among diverse cross-functional teams, engaging effectively with senior-level stakeholders to navigate complexity and deliver impactful results.
  • Drive the strategy for creating design deliverables, including journey maps, wireframes, user flows, UI designs, and prototypes, while maintaining a high standard of craft.
  • Champion qualitative and quantitative research methods to inform design decisions and advance a culture of human-centered practice within UX, product, and engineering teams.
  • Support the development of junior product designers and contribute to the broader practice of UX at our company.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of relevant product design experience, with expert proficiency in UX and product design.
  • Proven strategic problem-solving, systems thinking, and collaboration skills.
  • Expertise in product design and prototyping tools, such as Figma.
  • Ability to effectively use data and insights to set direction and communicate approach.
  • Strong experience collaborating with and delivering presentations to executive leadership, employing effective storytelling techniques.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with design systems and accessibility guidelines.
  • Knowledge of front-end development principles and technologies.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
