About the Role:

As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing leadership in change management through project management disciplines
• Advocating for continuous process improvement and cultivating communications with all departments and team members
• Overseeing on-site implementation efforts, creating and maintaining project schedules, and ensuring the success of each project
• Guiding project meetings with internal and external customers, and providing weekly updates to the team and management

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• At least 1 year of experience managing projects in an IT organization
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with project management disciplines, methodologies, and life cycle

Nice to Have:

While not essential, the following skills and certifications would be advantageous:

• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and experience
• PMP certification
• IT Infrastructure knowledge
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
