Role Summary

We are seeking motivated and service-oriented individuals to join our expanding remote team as Travel Client Relations Specialists. In this role, you'll assist clients throughout the travel planning process by helping coordinate trip details, reviewing travel options, and ensuring reservations and client information are managed accurately and efficiently.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy communication, organization, and creating positive customer experiences in a flexible work-from-home environment. No previous travel industry experience is required—training and ongoing support are provided.

Primary Responsibilities

Support clients with travel planning requests, scheduling needs, and vacation preferences

Research, review, and compare travel options using approved supplier and reservation platforms

Assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and activities

Provide clear guidance and recommendations based on client interests and budgets

Communicate professionally through email, phone, and online messaging systems

Handle reservation updates, itinerary changes, and service-related follow-up requests

Maintain organized and accurate client records within internal systems

Stay informed on supplier promotions, travel updates, and destination information

Participate in onboarding, virtual meetings, and ongoing training programs
