Role Summary

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing remote team as Travel Client Success Advisors. In this role, you'll support clients throughout the travel planning process by helping organize trip details, coordinating reservations, and ensuring all arrangements are handled accurately and efficiently from initial request through final confirmation.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, staying organized, and providing high-quality customer support in a flexible remote environment. No prior experience in the travel industry is required full training, onboarding, and ongoing support are provided.

Primary Responsibilities

Assist clients in developing complete travel plans based on preferences, timing, and budget

Support the coordination of travel arrangements including accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and activities

Research and evaluate travel options using approved booking platforms and supplier systems

Provide clear, accurate updates regarding reservations, confirmations, and itinerary progress

Communicate with clients through phone, email, and digital messaging tools

Manage itinerary changes, booking updates, and service-related requests

Maintain accurate and well-organized client records within internal systems

Stay updated on supplier offerings, destination information, and travel promotions

Participate in virtual onboarding sessions, training programs, and ongoing development opportunities
