Overview
We are currently adding new team members and seeking individuals who enjoy organizing details and assisting clients to join us as Travel Coordination Specialist. In this role, you will help manage travel arrangements, organize key trip components, and support clients as they move from initial ideas to confirmed plans.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who thrive in organized, client-focused roles and are interested in learning about travel experiences such as resort stays, cruises, tours, and international destinations all while working remotely with a flexible schedule. Training and ongoing support are provided.
Responsibilities
Coordinate travel plans including accommodations, airfare, cruises, and activities
Review client preferences to help align them with suitable travel options
Offer helpful input to guide clients through planning decisions
Communicate with clients through email, messaging platforms, and phone when appropriate
Work with supplier partners to confirm reservations and updates
Keep travel details accurate and organized within internal systems
Stay informed on destination updates, promotions, and travel opportunities
Assist clients throughout the planning and confirmation process
Qualification
Interest in travel coordination and client support
Strong communication and time-management skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple requests
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms
Must be at least 18 years old
Authorization to work in and reside in the US, UK, Mexico, the EU, or Australia
No prior travel experience required training is provided
