Travel Help Desk Consultant
Overview
We're currently growing our remote support team and are looking for dependable, service-oriented individuals to join us as Travel Help Desk Consultant. In this role, you'll assist clients by providing guidance, answering questions, and helping coordinate travel-related details to ensure a smooth and organized planning experience.
This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, working with people, and managing details in a fast-paced, virtual environment. No prior travel experience is required training and ongoing support are provided to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
• Support clients with travel-related questions and planning requests
• Help organize trip details including accommodations, transportation, and activities
• Research available options and confirm details using approved systems
• Provide clear, accurate information tailored to client preferences and budgets
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online messaging platforms
• Assist with updates, changes, and service-related follow-ups
• Keep client records organized and up to date within internal systems
• Participate in onboarding sessions and ongoing team trainings
