Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with planning vacations, cruises, resort stays, and other leisure travel experiences
Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and travel products using approved booking resources
Present travel options that align with customer preferences, budgets, and timelines
Coordinate reservation requests and review travel details for accuracy
Provide exceptional service and support before, during, and after the booking process
Communicate with clients through phone, email, and digital communication platforms
Help manage itinerary revisions, travel updates, and reservation-related requests
Maintain accurate client profiles, booking records, and supporting documentation
Participate in ongoing training programs and team development opportunities
