Position Overview

We're currently growing our team and looking for individuals who enjoy working with people and organizing travel details to join us as Travel Planning Consultants. In this role, you'll help clients turn their vacation ideas into fully arranged trips by guiding them through options, coordinating logistics, and ensuring everything is in place for a smooth travel experience.

This position is perfect for those who like a mix of customer interaction and behind-the-scenes planning, all within a remote, flexible work environment. No prior travel industry experience is required—training and ongoing support are included.

What You'll Be Doing

Help clients design personalized vacations including flights, accommodations, cruises, and activities

Research destinations and match options to client preferences and budgets

Share recommendations and helpful insights to support travel decisions

Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online platforms

Coordinate reservations and confirmations with travel partners

Keep trip details organized and up to date in internal systems

Stay informed on travel trends, promotions, and new opportunities

Provide support throughout the planning process until travel is confirmed

What We're Looking For

Interest in travel planning and customer-focused roles

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Comfortable using online tools and basic computer systems

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another approved hiring region

No previous travel experience required full training provided
