Travel Service & Support Consultant

Overview

We're actively growing our virtual team and are seeking motivated individuals to join us as Travel Service & Support Consultant. In this role, you'll assist clients as they move through the travel planning process by helping coordinate arrangements, answering questions, and ensuring all details are handled smoothly from start to finish.

This position is a great fit for individuals who enjoy working with people, managing details, and contributing to positive service experiences—all within a flexible, work-from-home environment. No prior experience in travel is required, as full training and ongoing guidance are provided.

Primary Responsibilities

Engage with clients to gather travel preferences, schedules, and planning needs

Support the organization of trip components including accommodations, transportation, and activities

Review and compare travel options using approved partner systems

Provide timely updates on booking progress and next steps

Respond to inquiries across email, phone, and digital communication platforms

Assist with itinerary changes and service-related follow-ups

Participate in onboarding and continued training sessions
