Job Title Freight Dispatcher (Box Truck) – Remote | Commission-Based Job Type Contract / Remote Pay 5% commission on all completed loads +Incentive pay for each carrier recruited(Uncapped earning potential based on performance) Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated Freight Dispatcher to manage and dispatch box truck drivers. This is a remote position ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, sales ability, and excellent time management. The right candidate will play a critical role in keeping trucks moving, maximizing profitability, and supporting driver success.
