Typist Clerk ( Remote or Office )
<p>We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Typist Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our market research and strategic analysis projects by accurately and efficiently typing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p></p><p>• Accurately type and format documents, reports, and presentations according to company standards and guidelines.</p><p></p><p>• Edit and proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors.</p><p></p><p>• Input and maintain data in spreadsheets and databases.</p><p></p><p>• Organize and maintain physical and digital files.</p><p></p><p>• Communicate effectively with team members to understand project requirements and deadlines.</p><p></p><p>• Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.</p><p></p><p>• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p></p><p>• High school diploma or equivalent.</p><p></p><p>• 2 years of experience as a Typist Clerk or similar role.</p><p></p><p>• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</p><p></p><p>• Excellent typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 60 words per minute.</p><p></p><p>• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors.</p><p></p><p>• Strong organizational and time-management skills.</p><p></p><p>• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.</p><p></p><p>• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</p><p></p><p>• Experience in market research or strategic analysis is a plus.</p><p></p><p>• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.</p><p></p><p>• Flexibility to work remotely or in the office, depending on company needs.</p>
