UGC Lead

Description:
• Own and scale the company’s UGC and creator strategy.
• Develop content programs that increase awareness, trust, and adoption.
• Partner with creators, online communities, and internal stakeholders to expand reach.
• Help communicate complex financial concepts in a simple, engaging way.
• Work cross-functionally with the marketing team on messaging, launches, and campaigns.
• Test and refine content formats, distribution approaches, and creator partnerships.
• Build repeatable systems for creator-led growth and user education.

Requirements:
• Experience in UGC, creator partnerships, content-led growth, social growth, or related fields.
• Strong storytelling instincts and the ability to simplify complex products.
• Creator-native sensibility; ideally, you have created content yourself.
• Deep familiarity with internet culture and digital distribution.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Exposure to finance, crypto, fintech, or other technical/regulated products is strongly preferred.
• Comfort operating in a high-ownership, high-autonomy role.
