What You’ll Do:
Responsible for leading a pod of developers to develop Agentic solutions using UiPath
Provide technical guidance, design and oversight during initial stages of an implementation and any critical milestones
Develop sustainable solutions with the team of developers in order to drive towards customer adoption 
Mentor technical engineers who are looking to grow their careers in RPA & Agentic features
Develop a deep understanding of the UiPath Platform and its functionalities 
Work with a truly unbelievable technical team that will move mountains to help our customers 
Become an evangelist of UiPath by identifying client needs and showcasing the best solution 
Express your passion and enthusiasm by identifying out-of-the-box opportunities to expand the UiPath ecosystem

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in object-oriented programming (C#, C++, VB, Java, or Python preferred)  
4+ years of experience developing in UiPath 
2+ years of hands-on development in UiPath
Experience with attended, unattended, and document understanding on the UiPath platform
Experience configuring UiPath’s AI Trust Layer and LLM interfaces
Experience in infrastructure related technology and integrating with common systems via APIs
We are seeking process-minded individuals with good presentation and communication skills (customer facing)
Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, fluency in any other languages is a plus
US citizenship
Eligible for Secret clearance

Preferred Qualifications:
UiPath Professional Certifications (Solution Architect or Developer Professional)
Candidate local to the Washington, DC metro area highly preferred

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.

A reasonable estimate of the current range is:
$104,869.00 - $185,716.00
