Responsibilities:
The entire PL KPI interface revamp initiative will focus on improving usability of the existing APG PL KPI's, aligning functionality with end-user roles, and delivering a mobile-friendly and responsive interface for both desktop and mobile visualizations
Objectives:
• Improving overall application usability and accessibility to necessary
• dashboards
• Aligning user interface and workflows to clearly defined end-user roles-allowing for an almost wizard like feel for most end users to get their OPS
• Review dashboards and visualizations
• Enhancing navigation and reducing friction in key end-user workflows; requirements are end-user dependent and will require different levels of entitlements/access from execution level employees to ELT.
• Deliver responsive, mobile-friendly experiences across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile)
• Increase user satisfaction, productivity, and adoption of our dashboards.
• Analyze existing user journeys and workflows (if any)
• Identify usability pain points and improvement opportunities
Statement of Work - Ul/UX Enhancements for KPIs
Project Overview:
This sow defines the scope, deliverables, and requirements for enhancing the UX of an existing application. This is not an all-inclusive list but the best of Stephanie's knowledge at the time of submission.
Scope of Work:
3.1 UX Assessment & Discovery
• Evaluate the current application UX/Ul status
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and user feedback review
• Analyze existing user journeys and workflows (if any)
• Identify usability pain points and improvement opportunities
• Deliverables:
• UX Assessment Report including weblity Findings Summary
• Current-State end user Journey Maps (if any)
3.2 User Role Definition & Persona Development
Identity and document key user roles (eg., Admin, ELT, RSD, SDM, PL VP,
Basic End User, etc.)
Develop user personas reflecting goals, behaviors, and needs
Map role-passed permissions and system interactions

3.3 UX Design & Information Architecture
Redesign navigation and information architecture
