This is a remote role on the University’s Recruitment and Admissions team. The position involves identifying prospective students, conducting outreach, interviewing applicants, and guiding them through the admissions process.

Responsibilities also include coordinating recruitment strategies, maintaining strong communication with applicants, and providing training and mentorship to new team members as needed. Qualifications

Strong skills in Recruiting and Hiring

Experience in Interviewing and Training processes

Excellent written and verbal Communication skills, with attention to detail

Ability to work in a remote capacity with self-motivation and organizational proficiency

Understanding of or willingness to learn about theological education and the university's Christian mission
