Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track shipments of service parts and equipment using internal systems.

  Manage service parts inventory levels, reorder cycles, and documentation.

  Communicate with internal UPS departments and external vendors to ensure timely part delivery.

  Prepare purchase orders, process returns, and monitor part usage patterns.

  Update databases and generate inventory reports.

  Provide remote administrative support to field technicians and warehouse teams.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

  1+ year of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or logistics is preferred.

  Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and internal tracking systems.

  Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

  Reliable internet connection and computer setup.
