URGENT: Reformat Retractable Banner Design for High-Resolution FedEx Print

I need a graphic designer who can quickly clean up and reformat an existing retractable banner design so it is high-resolution, print-ready, and accepted by FedEx Office.

FedEx rejected the current file because:
