US-Based Crypto App User Tester Needed (New Users Only) — Screen Recording + Feedback

Job Description:

We are a cryptocurrency exchange platform running paid advertising campaigns in the United States. To help us improve our user onboarding and conversion experience, we're looking for US-based individuals who have never created an account with OKX to go through our full sign-up and onboarding flow.

What You'll Do:

Click on our provided ad link (or landing page URL)

Sign up for a new account on the OKX app or website

Complete the KYC (identity verification) process

Complete your first deposit or trade

Submit a full screen recording of the entire process + a short written feedback form

Requirements:

Must be a US resident

Must NOT have an existing OKX account (new users only — this will be verified)

Must be comfortable completing KYC (government-issued ID required)

Must be able to record your screen throughout the entire process (tools like Loom or OBS are fine)

Stable internet connection and a smartphone or computer

Deliverables:

✅ Full screen recording (from landing page through first deposit/trade)

✅ Written feedback (3–5 sentences) on your experience: what was confusing, what was smooth, and any suggestions

Compensation: $20 per completed submission (payment released upon receipt of verified screen recording and feedback)

Note: Your personal information submitted during KYC is handled directly by OKX and subject to our platform's privacy policy. We do not collect or store your ID documents.
