US-Based SALES COPYWRITER for AI Voice Agent - Contract to Hire

Write the sales conversations, objection handling, and appointment booking flow behind a high-stakes AI voice agent for a high-ticket medical business.

I run LASIK Growth, and we build AI voice agents for ophthalmology practices. We recently improved one client’s lead-to-booked-consult rate from roughly 10% to around 20–30%.

Those results led to a CEO in the dental implants space asking my client for an introduction.

We are now moving into our first major dental project.

This is not a generic chatbot project.

This is a high-stakes AI voice agent for a business where the treatment value is much higher ($50k per case), the sales cycle is more emotionally charged, and the prospect is dealing with much more:

- price sensitivity

- fear

- hesitation

- comparison shopping

- heavy objection handling

I am looking for a sales copywriter who can design conversations that improve on the business’s current calls, not just copy them.

Backend developer: Connects it to the necessary systems.

That means doing things like:

- reviewing the client’s current process and requirements

- reviewing the client’s human call recordings

- designing the conversational flow

- identifying how we should handle key objections

- writing the dialogue / talk tracks / response paths

There is a difference between designing a conversational flow around a company’s current call recordings and designing one that can outperform them.

You will almost never be starting from a blank page.

The underlying patient funnel is the same: Lead → Consult Booked → Consult Kept → Procedure Booked → Procedure Kept.

That is true across ophthalmology, and it is still true for this dental client.

That means in most cases, you will be taking a proven booking framework and adapting it to a specific clinic.

There is already structure, precedent, and pattern recognition, but I still need someone who can build from scratch when the situation requires it.

This is still a new category, so I am not limiting this to “AI voice agent experience”

Instead, I am looking for people who already have strong experience in persuasion, sales, and conversion, and can apply that to this format.

You are likely a strong fit if your background includes things like:

- direct-response copywriting

- sales scripts

- VSLs

- webinar scripts

- appointment-setting scripts

- call scripts

- objection-handling frameworks

- high-ticket treatment / healthcare / dental persuasion

- writing designed to move people toward a booked consultation or sale

Dental experience is especially valuable here.
