This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

1. User Acquisition Growth

Own user acquisition across:

Google Ads

Meta Ads

App Store Optimization (ASO) to improve conversion rate

Future acquisition channels as needed

Continuously scale installs while maintaining acquisition efficiency and user quality.

2. Deep Product & Persona Understanding

Develop deep understanding of:

Thermer app

User segments

User personas

User motivations

Printing workflows

Monetization model

Activation journey

Retention drivers

3. Post-Install Optimization

Focus on post-install metrics, not only install volume.

Examples:

Activation Rate

Time to First Print

D1 Retention

D7 Retention

D30 Retention

Purchase Conversion Rate

Subscription Revenue

LTV

ROAS

Continuously identify ways to improve user quality and business outcomes.

4. Experimentation Culture

Run continuous experiments across:

Asset Groups

Ad Copy

Images

Budget Allocation

Bidding Strategies

Meta Ads

Creatives

Audiences

Interests

Lookalikes

Placements

Campaign Structures

ASO – Custom Store Page

No significant change should be implemented without a clear hypothesis and success criteria.

5. AI-Driven Execution

Use AI extensively to improve productivity and performance.
