VA Loan Officer

Current NMLS license and preferably a MI license

Proven experience as a Loan Officer specializing in mortgage or financial services, preferably with VA loans or government-backed programs

What You Will Be Doing
• Working in a high energy setting that provides leads with the option to come to the office or work remotely in a hybrid setting
• Assist clients in understanding VA loan options, eligibility requirements, and benefits, ensuring they are well-informed throughout the process
• Conduct comprehensive credit analysis and financial assessments to determine loan eligibility and appropriate loan products
• Master the entire loan origination process from application submission to closing,
• Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth loan approvals and closings

What We Need From You
• Previous (within the past year) experience as a Loan Officer; specializing in VA loans highly preferred
• NMLS license and MI state license
• Located near our Troy office to be able to work hybrid schedule
• Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-focused approach to deliver outstanding service
• Effective communication skills to explain complex financial concepts clearly and build trust with clients

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
