Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with vacation planning and travel coordination

Compare travel choices and help identify options that align with client interests and budgets
Review reservation details and travel information for accuracy
Provide professional support throughout the booking and planning process
Respond to client questions and requests through phone, email, and online communication tools
Help manage itinerary revisions, booking updates, and travel-related concerns
Maintain organized records and documentation related to travel arrangements
Participate in virtual training programs and team development sessions
