Video Editor / Motion Designer — Amazon Book Trailer (30 sec) — After Effects

We are looking for a video editor with experience in motion graphics and After Effects to create a 20-30 second book trailer for Amazon Sponsored Brand Video.

The project:

Illustrated children's book for ages 8+ with Augmented Reality. All illustrations are hand-drawn by professional illustrators (zero AI). The video must feel like a mini film, not a slideshow.

Video structure:

Opening with a 3D book animation that digitally opens and flips pages (After Effects)

Animated 3D cover with characters coming to life

Alternating scenes of Augmented Reality (tablet scanning the pages) and animated illustrated spreads

Behind the scenes of the illustrator at work

Closing with cover and logo

Material provided:

All video material is already ready — AR animations, illustrator BTS, 3D cover, illustrated spreads, audio track, logo. Your job is to edit, animate and add the final polish.

Requirements:

Proven experience in After Effects

Ability to create a 3D book opening animation (3D page flip)

Portfolio with at least 3 examples of book trailers or similar promotional videos — applications without examples will be rejected
