Job Title: Virtual Assistant with Calling Expertise(Work From Home)
Job Overview:
We are in search of a versatile and proactive Virtual Assistant with strong administrative and calling skills to support our team remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks and will also actively engage in client communication through calls. This is a remote position, and the candidate will be expected to handle tasks efficiently from a distance.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Handle general administrative tasks like email management, scheduling, and document preparation.
Maintain organized digital and physical records.
Communication Coordination:
Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Manage and respond to emails, messages, and inquiries promptly.
Client Calls:
Conduct client calls to understand their needs and address queries.
Provide information about products/services and assist in issue... resolution.
Research and Data Management:
Conduct research on various topics and compile relevant information.
Assist in data entry and database management.
Calendar and Meeting Management:
Schedule and organize virtual meetings, ensuring participants are well-prepared.
Manage calendars for team members.
Travel Arrangements:
Assist in making travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations, when required.
Document Creation and Editing:
Prepare, proofread, and edit documents as needed.
Task Coordination:
Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Follow up on pending items and deadlines. Requirements:
Location:
Ability to work remotely.
Experience:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Prior experience in client communication via calls.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Comfortable and effective in making client calls.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficient in using virtual collaboration tools, email, and other relevant software.
Time Management:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Initiative:
