Job Title: Virtual Assistant with Calling Expertise(Work From Home)
Job Overview:
We are in search of a versatile and proactive Virtual Assistant with strong administrative and calling skills to support our team remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks and will also actively engage in client communication through calls. This is a remote position, and the candidate will be expected to handle tasks efficiently from a distance.

Responsibilities:
• Administrative Support:
• Handle general administrative tasks like email management, scheduling, and document preparation.
• Maintain organized digital and physical records.
• Communication Coordination:
• Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Manage and respond to emails, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Client Calls:
• Conduct client calls to understand their needs and address queries.
• Provide information about products/services and assist in issue... resolution.
• Research and Data Management:
• Conduct research on various topics and compile relevant information.
• Assist in data entry and database management.
• Calendar and Meeting Management:
• Schedule and organize virtual meetings, ensuring participants are well-prepared.
• Manage calendars for team members.
• Travel Arrangements:
• Assist in making travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations, when required.
• Document Creation and Editing:
• Prepare, proofread, and edit documents as needed.
• Task Coordination:
• Collaborate with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Follow up on pending items and deadlines. Requirements:
• Location:
• Ability to work remotely.
• Experience:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Prior experience in client communication via calls.
• Communication Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Comfortable and effective in making client calls.
• Tech-Savvy:
• Proficient in using virtual collaboration tools, email, and other relevant software.
• Time Management:
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Initiative:
