Virtual Courts Navigator (Management Analyst 2)

The Virtual Courts Navigator will provide professional expertise and leadership to a regional team, coordinating virtual court processes and offering technical assistance and guidance to ensure effective implementation of the Virtual Court Hearing program.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional expertise, collaboration, and leadership to a regional team of Virtual Court Navigators
- Provide onsite technical assistance, coaching and guidance to site-based virtual court processes and implementation
- Maintain a hybrid presence to support statewide needs, with co-location onsite at designated facilities
- Research and implement best practices for hearing coordination
- Provide training on the scheduling of hearings and problem-solving complex hearings matters
- Consult with facility specific executive teams
- Coordinate closely with the Division-wide Project Team Virtual Court Coordinator
- Develop comfort in multiple reporting structures with dotted lines to facility leadership team and direct reporting to a centralized agency-wide team supervisor
- Make recommendations for changes and updates to policy and procedures
- Serve as regional liaison with MN.IT and the onsite facility Associate Wardens and staff
- Provide expertise and guidance to incarcerated persons and facility staff on court documentation and process
Skills
- One (1) year of experience working with public records and electronic documentation management systems
- Experience working with short-term and long-term projects with public facing impact and engaging multiple stakeholders
- A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office including spreadsheet data management and visualization tools
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manager, guide, and communicate with staff and partners at all levels
- Organizational skills to plan, organize and communicate policies, procedures, and strategies
- Strong experience in utilizing and coordinating use of virtual technology platforms
- Strong experience in coordinating and designing executive reporting and processes
- Experience working with health records and data practices
- Experience leading a new initiative that includes integration with numerous partners
- Demonstrated ability to effectively work in a team environment by incorporation of multidisciplined interested into decisions and actions
