**Key Responsibilities**

As a Virtual Customer Service Associate II (Retirement Plans), you will be responsible for:

* Connecting people with solutions that help them reach their financial goals through consultative conversations via phone
* Taking ownership of customer requests by navigating through the nuances of their situations
* Actively listening to understand the underlying needs of a customer's request
* Understanding the suite of products and services available across multiple channels (digital, face-to-face, high net worth, etc.) and positioning appropriate solutions based on the customer's need

**Class Start Date and Training Schedule**

The class start date for this role is November 4th, 2024. Training will take place from 9am-6pm EST, and you will be required to work the assigned shift based on business needs. This is a hybrid role, and you will be required to work on-site during your scheduled shift at our Jacksonville, Florida office site (TBD).

**What You Bring**

To succeed in this role, you will need to bring:

* A college degree (preferred) or a High School Diploma or GED
* Customer service experience
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to tenaciously solve problems with tact, efficiency, and follow-through
* The ability to exercise scrutiny when confronted with conflicting information
* A desire to explore a broad array of opportunities across our organization

**Compensation and Benefits**

The pay range for this full-time position is $15.40 - $27.45, and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
