What You'll Do
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll play an important role in delivering a positive experience for clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and online platforms
Respond to client questions regarding benefits, services, and coverage options
Provide exceptional customer support throughout the enrollment process
Assist clients with applications and required documentation
Build strong relationships through professionalism and effective communication
Maintain accurate records and client information
Resolve concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service
Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs
