**What You'll Do**

As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. You'll be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional support experiences to our customers, resolving their queries, and delighting them with our services
* Answering a wide range of customer inquiries, from order and product questions to payment matters and website guidance
* Using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
* Working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
* Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide innovative solutions

**Basic Qualifications**

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following basic qualifications:

* **Minimum age: 18 years old**
* **Right to work in India**
* **Strong communication skills in English**, with both written and oral fluency
* **Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within our operating hours**
* **Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts**, including early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime shifts as required
* **Quiet, distraction-free workspace**, with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair
* **Minimum broadband connection of 20MB download speed and 8MB upload speed**, using a hard-wired Ethernet internet connection (no Wi-Fi)
