**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Virtual Overnight Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Greeting customers and answering questions in a prompt and professional manner
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
* Reporting any known accidents or incidents

**Main Responsibilities:**

While flexible scheduling is provided, regular attendance is expected and required around your availability. Your responsibilities will include:

* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintaining accurate records and reports of customer interactions
* Participating in quality assurance and quality control initiatives
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge

**Essential Qualifications:**

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties to a satisfactory level:

* Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit and continuously perform essential job functions
